Your registration is binding. Confirmation and invoice will follow at your specified address. Conference charge is due for payment immediately.

With the payment you will be registered on the conference list. Your identification card will be hand out to you at the conference location. Local registration at the conference is to be payed by cash.

Cancellation until 02/10/2009 will cause an administration charge of 120,00 €. Cancellation between 03/10/2009 until 23/10/2009 will be charged with 50% of the conference fee. For later cancellation or non-appearance (also because of force majeure) conference fee cannot be refund. Cancellation has to be made by post or email (charging according to the date of post mark/email). Accounting a substitute is possible (charging by his state of membership).

Program modification is subject to be changed without notice. Court of jurisdiction is Munich. The organizer assumes no liability to personal or material damage.
